Llandudno...A town centre café remains open after criminal damage incident!

This is very sad news, yet more vandalism in the town but not only that, every shop has to insure the windows in case they are smashed and every claim increases the cost of the insurance! This is the last thing businesses need in these difficult times. A CAFE in Llandudno will remain open following a late-night criminal damage incident.

Coffee Centre, on Mostyn Street, sustained damage to its frontage in an incident on the night of April 9.

The shop window was smashed, leaving a substantial gap which has since been boarded up.

A spokesperson for the business said the damage done "will impact takings", as the business may appear closed as opposed to usual."The café is still open, we’ve made the area safe and put a big sign up saying we are still open."

"It will impact takings though as it may look closed." From...https://www.northwalespioneer.co.uk/news/25081699.llandudno-cafe-remains-open-criminal-damage-incident/
