Another busy day for the police in Llandudno! A man has been taken to hospital following an alleged assault which sparked a major emergency response in Llandudno yesterday (Sunday). Police and an air ambulance were called to the town, with the Bodhyfryd Road area cordoned off while investigations took place.
Today a North Wales Police spokesperson said: "We were called at 9.15am yesterday morning (Sunday) to reports of a man that had sustained injuries in an alleged assault. Officers attended a residential address on Abbey Road alongside colleagues from Helimed and a 38-year-old man was taken to hospital. "Initial enquiries centred on the Bodhyfryd Road area, however we believe the incident occurred on Upper Mostyn Street. Our investigation is currently ongoing. Anyone in the area at around 4am is asked to contact us via our live webchat or on 101 quoting ref C040499."
