Freedom Of Information Request...Conwy Council Staff New Payrise with Backpay!

What a shock, the county is struggling with cuts but regardless of this council staff have another pay increase pending! Just what the hell is going on? And what will McCoubreys pay increase be? 

Currently waiting for a response from Conwy County Borough Council, they should respond promptly and normally no later than  (details).                               Dear Conwy County Borough Council, The council are currently issuing a pay rise to staff and back pay as well. Can the council please clarify... When will this happen? What the total amount for the pay increase will be and for back pay, and also how much of a wage increase the Leader of the council C McCoubrey will receive? Thank you.
