You have to hand it to our delinquent youth population, they really know how to respect people's property! Here Victoria Gardens Fountain Pool is the latest victim as a bike is dumped in its pond! Just what this garbage get from doing this I will never know. But I am sure that those responsible as they grow up will know our Court, Prison and Probation services intimately! Sad
