Yes they always put the blame on others and never take accountability themselves, but they always look after each other and watch each other's backs, and they can always find money for vanity projects especially in respect of a certain Councillor who wastes the council tax payers money on his own projects.
PS, you can guarantee Charlie and the vast number of councillors will not be short changed

The WAG did not make Conwy build new offices at a cost of £38.5M with £1.5m/year rent, or an HGV depot that costs £20k/month that is not suitable for, wait for it, HGV's.

Well considering they’ve wasted £9.75m of tax payers money over the last 7 years paying for an underutilised building in Coed Pella Road and an unused depot in Mochdre, with paid security team, probably explains why!
They’re obviously not the best people to be given all those extra millions to squander, their track record goes before them!
