The incident occurred today (Monday 29th July) around 5.26pm.
We have received reports of a man fighting with a woman on the street and a woman in a white vehicle, possibly a Skoda, who has also been assaulted.
The man was described as big built in his late thirties and wearing shorts.
We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the event or who was passing the area and have dash cam footage to contact us quoting reference Q111817.
