ARMED police and a dogs unit were seen in Llandudno.
This was on Deganwy Avenue, Llandudno, on April 16.
It is understood the incident was largely over by 12.30pm.It's all go in Llandudno!
One eye-witness reported seeing police, that were armed, and dogs.
