If this is true then with a full staff team this should not be considered financially viable.
The council is planning to stick a similar unit at Eirias Park, maybe it might be better just to combine both units?
But that might make too much sense!
Anyway below is the foi request...
Dear Conwy County Borough Council,
Please can the council clarify the following
1, How many staff work at the unit?
2, How many residents have stayed at the unit on a 12-month basis over the last 5 years? or weekly, or monthly?
3, Currently there are just two residents in the 18-bed unit, can the council clarify if any assessments/ reviews have taken place on the overall success/failure of the unit and its cost-effectiveness,

Combine both units would be a more sensible solution, rather than waste money like this.
