Something needs to be done urgently.
A 13-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of assault and public order offences following incidents outside a swimming pool and a school.
North Wales Police said the teenager was arrested after an incident outside the Llandudno swimming pool on Monday and a public order incident at Ysgol y Creuddyn in Penrhyn Bay on Tuesday. The school was locked down on Tuesday after rocks were thrown at teachers.
In an online post, NWP West Conwy Coastal said: "Local officers have recently seen an increase in criminality and anti-social behaviour being committed by youths.
"Such behaviour that affects our local community will not be tolerated and we are taking a robust approach to dealing with anyone found committing it.
