Colwyn Bay...Litter Strewn at Eirias Park!

The post appears on the Facebook Colwyn Bay Notice Board page. This does seem to happen a lot, Campervans often do it, by leaving extra bags of rubbish by bins, and then Yobs or Seagulls throw it everywhere!
