Conwy Council Fail To Respond To (FOI) Request On Written Off Debts!

Anyone that follows these will know that at times the council just ignores some of the requests! Despite being illegal it does it anyway!

Dear Conwy County Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of information act, I would like to ask, how much has the council written off in debts (for any reason) to the council over the last 5 years?

Yours faithfully,

And...

Dear Conwy County Borough Council,

I would like to request an internal review as I have not received a reply to this FOI request within the 20 working day time limit, by law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by 21 December 2022

    This is meant to be a legal requirement so how can the council just ignore it?
