What an utter bell end! Sorry but the word plonker and so many other words spring to mind! And the fines barely cover the cost of the damage.

A MAN from Colwyn Bay was fined after pleading guilty to causing criminal damage to property.
Shaun Jackson, 38, of Ellis Avenue, Old Colwyn, was accused of causing £1,350 of damage to a dark blue Renault Megane car belonging to Gemma Hender, also in Old Colwyn.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 30.
Jackson was ordered to pay £750 in compensation, a £266 fine, a £106 victim surcharge, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This totaled £1,207, to be paid in weekly installments of £75 from December 20.
