POLICE investigating an incident in Llandudno Junction on Friday (October 21) have charged a man.
At 4.46pm, police were called to reports of an altercation involving two men at Glan Conwy Corner.
A man in his 20s was airlifted to a hospital in Stoke, where he remains in critical condition.
A 34-year-old man from Colwyn Bay was later arrested and charged with S18 Assault.
He will appear before Magistrates in Llandudno tomorrow (Monday).
Police said: "We would like to reassure the public that this was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing risk to the wider community.
