The recently renovated school that is part of Conwy Council has more than overfilled their bin! The odd thing is that Conwy Council will not take bins with extra bags or that will not close them, so this from Council Staff is shocking!
I wonder if they did what the Conwy Bin staff do when they collected? Take off the extra bags and just dump them on the floor!
