An odd headline, just what was he "resisting" the Police Officer over?
People who commit some dire crimes seem to avoid jail, yet this somewhat trivial matter wastes the court's time and the prison service for a very small offense!
You just could not predict these judges in a million years!
A MAN from Llandudno has been jailed after he pleaded guilty to resisting a policeman in Caernarfon.
William Tate, 36, of no fixed abode, was accused of resisting PC Leon-Portillo, while he was acting in the execution of his duty, at Y Maes on May 25.
Tate pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 15.
He committed this offense during the operation period of a suspended sentence that had previously been issued to him.
The court sentenced Tate to eight weeks’ imprisonment.
